Constance Schwartz-Morini spent 10 years at the National Football League. After the NFL, she joined “The Firm”, an artist and talent management company where she rose through the ranks and created the first strategic marketing and sponsorship division. In 2011, her know-how paid off when she teamed up with Michael Strahan to launch the talent management-content production company SMAC (Sports, Music and Culture) Entertainment.
In the years since then, she’s helped expand the playing field for Strahan, Erin Andrews, Snoop Dogg, Tony Gonzalez, Wiz Khalifa and Deion Sanders, among other clients.
